Shipping Policy
Due to federal requirements for handling cremated remains, all shipping must go through the US Post Office. All shipping charges are included in the price of your purchase.
We will ship a collection kit to the address you provide. The kit will include a prepaid postage label for the return shipment along with a "Cremated Remains" label. Both must be applied to the return box. Shipping of your final print(s) is also included in your purchase.

Additional shipping charges may be incurred with custom-sized prints. Please contact us before placing your custom order to determine the additional amount.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because the entire process is completed by hand, you should expect some variation in the prints. Multiple prints of the same photo may not be identical.

Due to the nature of the print and the process, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your print(s), however, is damaged in shipping, we will be happy to provide a replacement.
