How do I get my photograph to you?Once your order is placed we'll send you an email with instructions about providing us with your selected photograph. If you chose the upload option the email will walk you through uploading the file to our website. If you chose the mail option the email will provide you with information about shipping the physical print to us. There is an additional fee for this option that needs to be paid in the ordering process.

I have so many photos of my loved one, how do I select just one?The most important part is that your loved one is the primary focus. It shouldn't be a photo with other people or a distracting background. The image should be sharp and in focus. We will do basic edits to ensure the best print quality. We may have to crop based on the size you order.

Should my photo be in color or black and white?The final print will always be black and white, but the photograph you provide can be black and white or color.

I have more than one photograph I would like to have printed. Is that possible?I you want multiple prints of the same photo, simply select the number during the order process. If you want prints of different images, you will need to place separate orders for each one.

What happens after I place an order?You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and we will ship your collection kit right away.

How much ash do you need?The collection kit will have specific instructions, a scoop, and a collection cup. For 1-2 prints, we need one scoop which should fill the container about half way.

I shipped my loved one's ashes to you. What should I expect next?Once we receive the ashes, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will process your order and send another email when it's been shipped to you.

How long will it take to receive my prints?Plan on receiving your completed prints in 4-6 weeks. Depending on our work load, we may be able to send them earlier. Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Email us with your specific needs and we'll do our best to meet them.

What happens if you don't use all the ashes I send you?Any remaining ashes will be returned to you in the same package as your print.

Can I order more than one print?Of course! Simply select the number when you place your order.

What size print(s) can I order?We offer standard sizes 4"x6", 5"x7", 8"x10", and 11"x14". We can print any size in between, but there will be an additional charge for customizing. Please email us for specific pricing.

How do I know you will use my loved one's ashes in my print?The cremated remains are course enough that you will actually be able to see and feel individual grains. We have a very strict process for labeling and tracking each order that ensures remains are used with the correct photograph. You will receive a unique order ID that is attached to your collection container, your order form, and your final print.

I'm not comfortable handling my loved one's ashes. How can I still order prints?Most full-service funeral homes and crematories should be willing to collect a sample of ashes on your behalf. Contact your service provider to determine their process.

How do I ship you my loved one's ashes?The US Post Office is the only agent authorized to ship cremated remains. Please follow the instructions and use the labels provided in the collection kit we will send you.

How much does shipping cost?The US Post Office has a flat fee for shipping cremated remains. Your purchase price includes the cost of shipping.

Can I use UPS or FedEx for shipping?The US Post Office is the only option and shipping is pre-paid.
